About the event

Inquiry is the central practice of the Diamond Approach path to spiritual realization.  Everything we experience is part of a meaningful unfoldment that reveals the true depth and potential of who we are.  Learning to inquire is learning how to approach what happens in our day-to-day living – the moments of joy, sorrow, frustration, quiet or just the humdrum of everyday life – in a new way. Instead of trying to arrange our inner and outer worlds to make us feel fulfilled, successful, connected and complete, we discover that what we are really looking for is right here inside us, waiting for our welcome and interest.

Four Saturdays from 9.30am - 11.00am NZST, on zoom.

The format will include meditation and body awareness practices to support here-and-now contact with our experience, short teachings on the practice of inquiry, and the opportunity for several people each meeting to be guided by a Diamond Approach teacher in inquiring into what is happening for them personally. Group size: 6-11 people. Led by Vivienne Leahy. Open to all - participation in Series 1 is not required.

Dates:

Saturday  August 8 Saturday August 22 Saturday September 5 Saturday September 19

Cost:

NZD 135 for the series of 4 meetings (reduced rate for DANZ2 members).

Vivienne Leahy is a native New Zealander and teacher of the Diamond Approach who currently lives mostly in California, coming twice yearly to teach in New Zealand. She has studied with Hameed Ali (A. H. Almaas) and Karen Johnson, the founders of the Diamond Approach, for over 30 years.
