About the event

Inquiry is the central practice of the Diamond Approach path to spiritual realization.  Everything we experience is part of an unfolding meaningful tapestry that reveals the true depth and potential of who we are.  Learning to inquire is learning how to approach what happens in our day-to-day living – our joys, sorrows, frustrations, doldrums, delights, quietudes – in a new way. We can go beyond the repetitive cycle of trying to arrange our inner and outer worlds to make us feel fulfilled, successful, connected and complete, and discover that Being, our essential spiritual nature, is already living through us, waiting for our welcome and interest.

Two groups will be offered in the autumn of 2024.  In each group, up to 10 people will be able to participate in a format that includes short meditations, body awareness practices to support here-and-now contact with our experience, brief teachings about the practice of inquiry, and the opportunity for several people each meeting to be guided by a Diamond Approach teacher in inquiring into what is happening for them personally.

Six Saturdays from 10.00 - 11.30am NZT, on zoom.  This is a continuation of the recent series, but there is space for new members to join . Led by Vivienne Leahy.
