The Diamond Approach is a teaching about reality and about the human being who experiences it – you. 

Your potential is to experience and express yourself fully in all the dimensions available to human consciousness: the physical; the psychological/relational; and the essential dimension, which goes  beyond and yet can penetrate these two more familiar realms of experience.

What if every part of your experience is an entry into the essential realm?

When we learn to inquire deeply into the experience we are already having, we find that our conflicts and limitations are related in a precise way to qualities of our essential nature.  These essential aspects have become blocked from our consciousness as our usual egoic sense of self developed. Continual presence and openness to our inner process allows direct experiential understanding of what constrains us and the simultaneous revelation of our true spiritual depth.
